Terms and Conditions of Sale
Our prices shown in this catalogue are either plain or branded in I
position.
Set out below are charges that are not included in the price of the
product together with details relating to special or additional services
that are available.
I. ORIGINATION CHARGES
All orders require either a screen, die or template. These are
chargeable and these are as follows:-

Screens from £35.00 each
Blocking Dies from £35.00 each for Gold Blocking eg. Diaries and
leather goods depending on size
Embroidery Jacquards & Templates from £40.00 each (please check
for details)
These costs will be subject to site of artwork and complexity of
final design and area size the more stitches the more cost
2. SECOND COLOUR OR POSITION PRINTING
Available on most products - prices on application will vary, please
contact us for details.
3. ARTWORK
In order to produce a good clear print on any product, it is
necessary to have good camera ready artwork. We can advise and help in
the supply of
artwork and if required, will incur a minimum charge of £ 15.00, this
is inclusive of and initial faxed proof. Bromides of artwork at 200% are
preferred.
Floppy disks, ZIP and CD's are also accepted and must be accompanied
by hard copy.
Preparation of film positive may incur an additional charge. Full
colour work to be supplied on disc to relevant format
4. PROOFS
If you would like to see a representation of your order prior to
production this is possible in most cases and two options are available:
a) A paper proof - photographic, black and white representation -
Cost £10.00
b) A printed proof - supplied on the appropriate Item, printed to the
exact size and co!our. Cost £35.00 per colour per design. This charge
IS an addition to the cost of dies or screens required. For full colour
proofs £55.00 upwards depending on the article
5. PRINT SIZE AND POSITION
Unless specified, the size and positioning of the printing will be at
the discretion of the printer.
6. COLOUR MATCHING
Printed PMS Matches are approximate and may differ on different
substrates. Every care will be taken to achieve the desired effect If an
exact match is required with no tolerance (this may incur an extra
charge) and we recommend that you request a proof - see Proofs. Failing
this no liability can be accepted for colour variation.
7. SAMPLES
All samples over £2.50 are chargeable unless returned. You can
always inspect a sample before you order. Most samples sent for
consideration are
charged and payed for and will be credited providing they are returned
in a good condition and within 14 days. More expensive samples may need
to be secured with a credit card.
8. QUANTITIES
All personalised orders are subject to 5% - 10% over or under run and
would be charged accordingly.
9. CARRIAGE
Prices shown are ex-works. Carriage will be charged extra according
to weight and transportation for insurance against lost or damaged
goods.
10. VAT
Prices are subject to VAT. rate prevailing at time of dispatch
II. COMPANY LOGOS
The products shown in this catalogue are personalised to show the
effect that Can be obtained. but do not necessarily imply that the
products have been supplied or endorsed by the owners of the trademarks
featured.
12. RISK AND TITLE
a) Risk in the good passes when they are delivered to the customer.
b) Not withstanding the earlier passing of the risk title in the
goods shall remain with the Company and shall not pass to the customer
until the them has been paid in full.
c) Until title passes the Customer shall hold the goods bailee for
the Company and shall store or mark them so that they can at all times
be identified as the property of the company.
13. PRICING
Prices are effective from the1st June 2002 and are exclusive of VAT.
Prices are per Item unless otherwise stated for quantities shown. Should
your requirements be for a larger quantity please contact our Sales
Department. All prices are subject to fluctuation due to factors beyond
the Company's control.
